Our Company
RMIK encourages customization and integration of risk management tools and systems to generate relevant information to support organization decision making. We serve as a forum for exploring and fostering risk informed decision making through; Risk Management Knowledge Synthesis and Sharing, and Risk Management System Integration.
Risk Management Knowledge Synthesis and Sharing
We assist organizations identify, analyze, evaluate and share risk management information in a consistent and systemic manner across all operations through four main strategies:
Systematic reviews of organization risk management systems to identify operational challenges and opportunities for enhancement
Establish Key Risk Indicators – KRIs to provide an early warning and rapid detection of potential changes to the risk exposure; and
Develop Institutional Risk Management Policy Frameworks – IRMPF, and risk registers showing identified risks, the possible impact, probability and cost associated with mitigating risk event and risk incident management.
